We'll work together to identify and resolve current issues and identify specific goals that you would like to accomplish with your SharePoint and Teams environment. Through meetings and working sessions we'll work through best practices and functionality that you can use to benefit your organization both now and in the future. 

Employee engagement is a common struggle for organizations throughout the market. We'll work together to determine what information you want to make sure your employees see, ways that the employees will get this information, and how best to work with different workstyles and department needs to get your employees involved and engaged in your organizations future.

I have various instructor-led training offerings that meet different knowledge level and usage needs including but not limited to:

• SharePoint and Teams day-to-day use
• SharePoint and/or Teams Power Users
• SharePoint and/or Teams Administrators
• SharePoint Design and Content Creators
• Custom and client specific SharePoint or Teams sessions

These trainings can be virtual or in person depending on your location. They are developed with the audience in mind and use a combination of slide decks, real world examples, demos and working sessions to meet learner needs. 

All virtual trainings are recorded and provided to you for future use. 

A well built intranet is a wonderful way to engage employees and make sure they have access to the important information they need to be efficient and effective. We'll work together through multiple planning and working sessions to create or refine a functional and beautiful SharePoint intranet for your organization. 

Microsoft Teams is a powerful communication and collaboration tool that your organization can utilize to create culture, communicate with your staff members, and create engagement within your teams. I can help you plan and develop the different Teams and Channels that you'll need to create a positive and collaborative working space for your employees.

We'll work together to plan your document and data structure so it fits your organization's needs and your employee's or client's workflows. I'll work with you to categorize and organize your data so it can go to the space it needs to and you can avoid having another folder of "stuff" hiding in a corner to clean up later. 

Ensuring that the right people have access to the right information is a vital part of any business. I will work with you to review your current permissions structure and best practices so we can make sure that your employees and clients can see the information they need to while still ensuring the data is protected from eyes that shouldn't have access to it.
